Depending on the size of the department you may want to give dept permissions to multiple people. We recommend sending an email to all dept heads asking them if they would like to be the one submitting the out-times or if they have someone in their department ie... Best Boy etc that they want to designate this role to.
To give someone dept permissions simply login via https://console.wraptime.app/ click the crew list and then find the people you want give dept permissions to. Once you locate the crew member click their name and then toggle dept permissions on the right hand side.
