How do I add crew members to the crew list?

There are multiple ways to add crew members to the Crew List.

1. In the console. console.wraptime.app click Crew List.

Once in the Crew List section you can add a crew member one at a time by clicking +Add icon in the top upper right. Simply fill in the info and click Add.

Import an entire crew list by downloading the Excel Template located in the menu section (three lines at the top right corner), filling the data with your own crew info and then uploading the crew list through the Import Crew List item in the same menu. If you have any issues uploading the crew list please submit a support ticket and we will be happy to assist you in this process.

2. Crew Members can add themselves to the Crew List by clicking on the invite link they received  in an email with the production code or scanning the QR code that they were provided. Both of these items can be obtained from console.wraptime.app on the left side of the screen.
