You really only need a few people to be listed, however you can list crew members that will be responsible for making additions to the crew list etc.
We recommend listing the following individuals to be admins.

Basecamp PA
Production Office Coordinator
Assistant Production Office Coordinator
Production Secretary
Health and Safety Personnel
Line Producer
Unit Production Manager
Production Supervisor
Payroll Accountant
Accountant Personnel
To create an admin simply list them in the crew list via console.wraptime.app click on their name and then on the right hand side use the toggle to allow admin access.
